Michael from Genielab was easy to work with and responsive. The were able to accomplish our goals on time and cooperative with making final edits.

Solved our problem quickly and at a very competitive hourly rate. Does not have minimum hour blocks of support so if the problem is very brief, you're not going to get charged for 4 hours and use only 30 minutes of it. Seem to know Shopify and its themes extremely well. Very easy to work with; highly recommended!

We have done several projects with the Genie Lab now and always have a great experience. They took over with us after we had a very difficult time with other developers telling us that things we wanted couldn't be done. Since we started working with the Genie Lab, they haven't told us once that something we wanted couldn't be done. They saved our first site from itself and now we have developed a new site with them and we are very happy with it. Despite being 5-6 time zones apart they are always responsive and helpful and we would recommend them to anyone!
